Addition Games

This set of addition games, helps pupils practise addition in a fun and active way. There are four levels of games included: Addition 1–10, Addition 1–20, Addition 1–50, and Addition 1–100. One of the Snakes and Ladders sets is based on number bonds to 100.

There are 12 games in total. The pack includes a full black-and-white version for printing on coloured card and saving ink. It is suitable for maths warm-ups, golden time, early finishers, and small-group work.

• Game 1: Snakes and Ladders (4 games)
  How to win: Be the first player to reach the star square at the top of the board.
  How to play: Roll the dice, move your counter, answer addition sums, and race to the finish.
• Game 2: Addition Loop Game (4 games)
  How to win: Reach the end of the loop by correctly answering addition sums.
  How to play: Players race to answer and move through the loop.
• Game 3: 4 or 5 in a Row (4 games)
  How to win: Be the first player to cover 4 or 5 numbers in a row on your place card.
  How to play: Roll the dice, move your counter, and cover the correct answer on your card.
