Check in with your students after their first month back at school with these FREE September Check-In sheets!

This resource includes three differentiated versions, designed for different stages across primary school. Each check-in gives children an opportunity to reflect on how they are settling in, what they are enjoying, what they are finding challenging and anything they would like their teacher to know.

3 versions included:

• Junior: Visual, child-friendly questions with pictures, emotions and simple tick-box responses.
• Middle: A mixture of visual prompts, tick boxes and short written responses.
• Senior: More detailed reflection on learning, friendships, homework, challenges, support and goals.

These can be particularly useful for getting to know your class, identifying children who may need a little extra support, and gathering useful information ahead of parent-teacher meetings.
